We offer free nationwide shipping on all orders across Canada.
All orders are shipped via UPS or other trusted delivery partners to ensure reliability and safety.

Processing Time:
Orders placed before 11:00 PM (EST) are processed and shipped the next business day.
Orders placed after this time will be shipped the following day.

Delivery Time:

  • Standard delivery: 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

  • Remote or rural areas: up to 7 business days.


2. International Shipping

We currently ship to selected international destinations.
Shipping costs and delivery times vary by country and will be calculated at checkout.
Please note that customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.


3. Order Tracking

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping details are correct before completing your purchase.
Orren Ottowa is not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


8. Pre-Orders & Backorders

If an item is marked as pre-order or backorder, the estimated shipping time will be stated on the product page.
You’ll receive an update via email once your item ships.
