We accept iDEAL, Bancontact, Credit Card, and other secure payment methods.
You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information for all purchases made through our store.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship all orders within Canada using UPS and other trusted carriers.
Orders placed before 11:00 PM are shipped the next business day.
Shipping is always free within Canada.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. Orren Ottowa is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.
6. Returns & Refunds
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 14 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
To start a return, please contact us at info@orrenottowa.com with your order number.
We reserve the right to deny refunds for items that do not meet our return standards.
